Jack Leiter is officially making his return to the Rangers’ rotation, meaning another corresponding roster move was made Sunday. The Rangers optioned right-hander Gerson Garabito to Triple-A Round Rock ahead of Leiter’s start against San Francisco. To make room for Leiter on the roster, the Rangers had to trim one of their long relievers.
