According to the Mardi Gras Decision Support Page, a web page dedicated to Carnival weather predictions, the New Orleans area has about a 45% chance of rain from 6 a.m. through 11 a.m. Sunday. Chances of rain go up to 64% for 12 p.m. through 5 p.m. and fall to 35% from 6 p.m. through 11 p.m.
