Kehlani's planned concert in Central Park next month has been canceled after New York City's mayor raised security concerns about the R&B star's performance during Pride Week.

A letter from Mayor Eric Adams' administration cited "security concerns" and threatened to pull the City Parks Foundation's licenses to run outdoor concerts.

Kehlani ‘s SummerStage show, scheduled for June 26 and billed as “Pride with Kehlani,” has now been cancelled. SummerStage posted a message on social media about the cancellation, which reads:
