Belgium advanced in Davis Cup qualifying in bizarre fashion Sunday after Chile player Cristian Garin was accidentally knocked over by Zizou Bergs.

Belgium will be Australia's next opponents in the Davis Cup, but only after advancing to the second qualifying round in bizarre circumstances.

Former world number one Martina Navratilova has expressed her opinion about the incident involving Zizou Bergs and Cristian Garin. The tennis world experienced a unique scenario where two players collided on the tennis court in the Davis Cup Qualifiers first round between Chile and Belgium.

Garin was given three consecutive time violations and lost the match while he was calling for his opponent to be disqualified.
