Two Nebraska softball players have won Big Ten Conference weekly honors. Jordyn Bahl was the Big Ten Co-Pitcher of the Week, and Ava Kuszak was named the Big Ten Co-Player of the Week. The two helped the Husker to a 5-0 record last weekend during the Troy Cox Classic.

In yesterday’s column sharing the news Ava Kuszak and Jordy Bahl had received the B1G Co-Player and Pitcher of the Week honors respectively, I couldn’t resist a little jab at the conference for not awarding both of them the recognition outright.

Nebraska softball put on an offensive clinic in New Mexico, dominating the competition with a powerful display at the plate.
