Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan is seeking to dismiss her federal obstruction case, which she said was based on an official act and therefore she was immune, citing a 2024 Supreme Court ruling involving President Donald Trump.

Dugan was alerted to the agents’ presence by her clerk, who was informed by an attorney that the agents appeared to be in the hallway.

Attorneys for Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan filed a motion to dismiss the criminal case against her Wednesday morning, citing judicial immunity for her official acts.
