The Trump administration says it is dropping a civil lawsuit against the largest provider of housing for unaccompanied migrant children over alleged sexual abuse of minors at its facilities.

The Trump administration has announced it will no longer place unaccompanied migrant children in shelters operated by Southwest Key Programs over allegations of sexual abuse committed by its employees.

The Justice Department dropped a Biden-era lawsuit against Southwest Key, the largest provider of housing for unaccompanied minors, after the Health and Human Services Department said it stopped sending children to those shelters.

The lawsuit against Southwest Key included allegations of abuse at an El Paso facility. The administration said it will no longer use the company’s services.
