An agreement putting Justin Ishbia in line to buy the South Siders brought the team's future ownership into focus while raising questions about what that agreement means for its future in the city.

Jerry Reinsdorf, 89, purchased a controlling stake in the White Sox in 1981, but has never publicly revealed what percentage of the team he owns.

ESPN's Jesse Rogers reported Thursday the White Sox, who are currently owned by 89-year-old Jerry Reinsdorf, came to terms on a long-term investment agreement with Justin Ishbia.
