Tug-of-War: A five-on-five demonstration of teamwork, strength and strategy, and positioned above a foam pit, players are challenged to pull backwards on the rope, attempting to move the opposing team in their direction. The competition will be the best of three, and the winner who pulls the opposing team into the foam pit twice wins.

The 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Games is all set to kick off in Orlando, Florida. The two-day event begins at 6 p.m. CST Thursday (ESPN) with the Skills Show, which consists of six challenges that day: Passing the Test, Satisfying Catches, The Big Spike, Relay Race, Helmet Harmony and Dodgeball.

Two other players with Alabama football roots were chosen for the Pro Bowl Games but are not participating – Philadelphia Eagles guard Landon Dickerson (Alabama) and Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry (Alabama).

The Pro Bowl Games are back for a third straight season in 2025. Rather than a full-pads, tackle football game between two all-star rosters, the Pro Bowl's new format, which started in 2023, features two days of skills competitions ahead of a 7-on-7 flag football game capping off the weekend.
