A lawyer believes fans are entitled to compensation after the band played a similar setlist twice at their all-inclusive destination festival.

Fans expressed outrage at the rock band Tool by booing them at the Sand Festival that ran in the Dominican Republic from March 7-9. The rockers performed two sets at the festival and several fans were left disappointed after shelling out lots of money only to discover the second night’s performance was a repeat of the first.
