Jurors in the Michael Madigan trial on Tuesday afternoon closed out their fifth day of deliberations without reaching a verdict. The jury began their discussion last Wednesday afternoon, kicking off the final phase of a landmark four-month trial.

Jurors are resuming deliberations in the Michael Madigan trial Tuesday morning, their fifth day of discussions in the landmark trial. Deliberations began Wednesday afternoon and as of Monday evening had lasted more than 21 hours without a verdict.
