The Celtics blew a 14-point lead, then lost their best player to injury in a Game 4 loss to the Knicks that pushed Boston to the brink of elimination.

Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum left Monday's Game 3 against the New York Knicks in the fourth quarter with what appeared to be a foot or ankle injury. He was assisted off the court by trainers and taken through the Madison Square Garden tables in a wheelchair.

Trailing the Knicks in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter, Tatum crumbled to the floor while pursuing a loose ball. He immediately grabbed at the lower part of his right leg in obvious pain.
