Marvel Studios announces the return of a major Marvel Netflix character in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, as a former superhero returns to the MCU.

The addition of Ritter, who joined Daredevil star Charlie Cox on stage for the reveal, is a boost to Born Again, which officially folds characters and actors from the Netflix-era Marvel series (which weren’t made by Marvel Studios) into the MCU.

Jones will appear in Season 2 of “Daredevil: Born Again,” alongside her fellow Netflix alum Charlie Cox, marking her first appearance in the MCU. Ritter played the character for three seasons on her own show over on Netflix, plus one season of “The Defenders,” earning both critical and fan acclaim.
