New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn was introduced to the world on Monday as the team seeks to get back on track. Glenn had a fiery message.

The year, the Jets selected him in the first round of the NFL draft. Because of his history with the organization, many are excited for what he can bring to the table. But before getting after that, Glenn sat down with the team and reflected on the moment he was picked by the Jets.

“Put your seat belts on and get ready for the ride,” the Jets’ new head coach said Monday afternoon. Glenn and new Jets general manager Darren Mougey were formally introduced at a news conference that was filled with energy and optimism. “This is a very happy day for the New York Jets,” owner Woody Johnson said.
