Rudy Giuliani has been held in contempt of court for the second time in a week, as the former New York mayor and top Donald Trump lawyer’s fall from grace continues because of the false information he spread after the 2020 election.

A federal judge will hear arguments in Rudy Giuliani's second contempt of court hearing this week in the defamation case against him involving former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

It’s the second time this week Giuliani has been held in contempt. Manhattan-based U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman entered the contempt order against Giuliani after finding he had failed to adequately respond to Moss and Freeman’s efforts to obtain information related to their efforts to collect the massive defamation judgment.
