Zelenskyy said if Putin chooses Istanbul to hold the meeting, then both leaders will travel there.

Zelenskyy’s adviser, Mykhailo Podolyak, said on Tuesday that the Ukrainian President has no plans to meet with any Russian officials other than President Putin.
