The Tampa Bay Buccaneers landed another playmaker for Baker Mayfield in the first round of the NFL draft, selecting Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka with the 19th overall pick.

Tampa Bay has captured the NFC South crown in four consecutive seasons, including back-to-back years since Brady retired. However, they've only been able to alternate early exits in the division and wild-card rounds in that time.

The Buccaneers, however, lost to the Washington Commanders in the wild card round, putting an early end to what seemed like a promising run. At 30 years old, Mayfield could be at his peak, and the Buccaneers are making sure that he's surrounded with adequate talent.
