Protesters rallied at the Stonewall National Monument in NYC after references to transgender and queer people were removed on the National Park Service website.

References to transgender and queer people were erased from the Stonewall National Monument's web page, marking one of the latest moves of the current administration after President Donald Trump said the government would recognize male and female as the only biological sexes.

The official government website for the Stonewall National Monument has replaced the acronym LGBTQ with "LGB," eliminating the words transgender and queer, and now, the Army is officially banning transgender recruits.
