Clemens has eight extra-base hits and 10 RBIs in just 41 plate appearances since the Twins acquired him from the Phillies on April 26.

Cleveland mounted its comeback trailing by three in the ninth. José Ramírez belted a leadoff double off the wall in right center, extending his hitting streak to 13 games.
