Everyone who coached against the blue-chip freshman QB in high school agrees: Michigan signed a difference-maker who can play right away.

Jake Garcia, a well-traveled signal-caller who spent last year at East Carolina, has signed with the Wolverines as a graduate transfer with one year of eligibility remaining, sources confirmed to CBS Sports/247Sports' Matt Zenitz.
