Jake Garcia, a well-traveled signal-caller who spent last year at East Carolina, has signed with the Wolverines as a graduate transfer with one year of eligibility remaining, sources confirmed to CBS Sports/247Sports' Matt Zenitz.

The Michigan Wolverines have gone out and brought in another quarterback via the transfer portal. According to Pete Nakos of On3, former East Carolina, Missouri and Miami quarterback Jake Garcia will play in Ann Arbor this fall.
