Christian Moore’s first visit to Yankee Stadium came as the Los Angeles Angels' second baseman, even though he grew up a fan of the pinstripes just 20 miles from the ballpark.

Former Tennessee baseball player Christian Moore made his MLB debut for the Angels on Friday. He started at second base and hit in Los Angeles' ninth spot in the batting order. Moore went 0-for-3, including one strikeout, in a, 2-0, loss against Baltimore at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Angels are calling up infielder Christian Moore, who was the No. 8 overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported Thursday. Moore, 22, has played in just 79 minor league games over the past two seasons, where he swiftly rose to the Angels’ No. 1-ranked prospect, according to MLB.com.
