Jonathan Kuminga's four years with the Golden State Warriors have not gone as smoothly as anyone involved hoped. Kuminga was one of the centerpieces of the "two timelines" plan (along with former No. 2 overall pick James Wiseman ). While he has shown flashes of brilliance, they are inconsistent.

After denying the New York Knicks' request to interview head coach Billy Donovan, the Chicago Bulls reportedly plan to keep him around for quite some time.

"When you are a coach, you feel like there is a job you have been told to do and when you go out and do that job well, you should carry it over to the next year."

"A young coach who understands modern basketball. Knicks should hire him," another one said.
